The Investment casting foundry of Stone industries is equipped with Shell making manipulators which can automatically make slurry dipping and sand spraying with good uniformity. Also the application of manipulators can improve the working environment for operators, reduce labor intensity, and greatly shorten shell making time. Combined with the Shell drying system, it can accurately control the temperature and humidity in the drying room. Therefore, the Shells are guaranteed with stable and good quality.
