Zinc alloy die casting is a precision casting process that uses high temperature and pressure to press the metal molten into a complex metal mold which is called a die.
Characteristics:
1. Heavier and more strengthened than Aluminum alloy die casting parts.
2. Good casting performance, suitable for precision parts with complex shape and thin wall thickness, casting surface is smooth.
3. Surface treatment: electroplating, powder coating and painting.
4. During melting and die casting process, no iron absorption, no corrosion, no die sticking.
5. Good mechanical properties and abrasive resistance at room temperature.
6. Low melting point at 385℃, easier to form than Aluminum alloy die casting.
7. Zinc alloy handicrafts are vivid and widely used, but a high process level is required.
