How we do quality management?

There is no "good" or “poor” quality, only quality that meets requirements.  Good products are manufactured, not inspected. Therefore, the key to quality is management.

1.     Quality is determined by the customer

Products in customers hands, no matter how luxurious is advertised, how excellent is performance, how beautiful is appearance, but is not what customers need, the result is eliminated.  Therefore, the manufacturer's position: replace "best quality" with "optimum quality", the "optimal quality" is "the most satisfactory quality" of customers.

a.     Meet the current needs of customers:

Meet specific specifications

Good function

convenient to use

b.     Protect the future needs of customers

Durable and less break down

Safe and Reliable

Considerate for customers

2.     Quality does not increase the cost, but can reduce the cost

Misconception about quality: to improve quality means to increase cost.

For the manufacturing industry, when the defect rate decreases, the cost will decrease:

a.     No cost of inspection and correction of defective products

b.     No defective products, save the cost of material replacement and machines settings

c.      The continuous production capacity can be improved with the reduction of the defect rate

3.     Quality management

Quality management is to minimize the instability of product quality.

a.     Factors affecting product quality:

● Worker

● equipment

● material

● process

● externalities

b.     Fundamentals of quality Management

● Standardization - Standardization is an indispensable criterion for the management of unstable quality and the "Nemesis" of barbaric manufacturing.

● informatization – Digitalization is arguably the most effective way to manage sporadic instability

● Quality Education - Continuous improvement of staff quality awareness is the eternal theme of the enterprise

● Quality cost analysis

● Quality defect analysis

● Equipment optimization and maintenance

    c.  “Three requirements” and “Three checks”

● “Three requirements”

Require staff to operate according to process, drawing and standard

Require inspectors to inspect according to process, drawing and standard

Require technical department to prepare process & drawings and establish standards

● “Three inspections”

self-inspection

in-process inspection

final inspection

4.     Three control for quality management

a.     Incoming control and inventory quality control

b.     Process control and Statistical process control

c.     Terminal control and customer satisfaction

Manufacture plant is the first line, in which the products are made. We pay close attention to the management of the production line and to establish a complete and comprehensive factory quality management system.
